We looked for Braum’s’s official allergen and gluten-free information and could not find one. Several sites publish detailed allergen tables, but they disagree with each other and with real customer reports, and none of them cite an actual Braum’s document. We’re not going to hand you a chart we can’t stand behind.
What we found instead
Real customer accounts are mixed. Some report being told there’s no gluten-free menu and staff aren’t sure what’s in specific items. One customer with celiac disease was told by a manager that Braum’s fries are coated in something to keep them from sticking together — which is a real reason to not assume fries are automatically safe, even though potatoes themselves are gluten-free.

Call your specific store before you go, and ask again when you order — ingredients and shared equipment can vary by location. Don’t rely on this page, or any other website’s allergen chart, as a substitute for that. Braum’s’s own packaging (in the Fresh Market grocery side) is the most reliable label you’ll find in-store.
