This policy explains what information Braum's Menu (https://braumsmenuprices.us/) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a general template; have it reviewed for your situation before you rely on it.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you use our contact or price-report forms, we receive what you type (for example your name, email, the item, the price and the city). Email is optional on the price form.
- Log and device information. Like most websites, our servers record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Described below.
Cookies and your choices
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored in a cookie of ours called mlg_consent so we don’t ask again, and it also tells Google’s tags (below) whether to run in their full or limited mode. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. We use three categories:
- Necessary. Used to remember your cookie choice and to protect our forms from spam. These are set regardless of your choice, because the site can’t function sensibly without them.
- Analytics. If we have Google Analytics enabled, it uses cookies (typically named
_gaand similar) to help us see which pages are useful. Only set if you accept. - Advertising. If ads are enabled, Google AdSense may use cookies (such as
__gads,__gpiorIDE) to serve and measure ads and, if you accept, to personalize them based on your visits to this and other sites. If you reject, we still show ads where enabled, but ask Google to serve them without personalization.
How we use information
We use it to answer messages, review price reports, keep the site secure, understand which pages are useful, and, where enabled and consented to, show and measure advertising.
Advertising and analytics
Once approved, this site may show ads through Google AdSense, which can include ad inventory Google sources through its own ad exchange and other partners it works with; we don’t sell ad space directly. We may also use Google Analytics to understand traffic. Both are Google services and are subject to Google’s own privacy practices.
Google requires publishers to use a Google-certified consent tool for visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland before showing them personalized ads; where that applies, ads to those visitors are limited to non-personalized ads unless Google’s own certified consent tooling has recorded consent.

Retention
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to review them and improve the site, and server logs for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to change your cookie choice at any time, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or opt out of the “sale or sharing” of personal information we hold about you. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
