Braum’s doesn’t publish holiday hours online, and what we found searching for them contradicts itself more than almost anything else we’ve researched for this site — including whether some holidays are open or closed at all. Here’s what we can and can’t say with confidence.
What’s consistent across sources
- Christmas Day: closed. Every source we found agrees on this one.
- Christmas Eve: open, closing early — most commonly reported around 6:00 PM, though opening time reports vary.
What’s genuinely disputed
Thanksgiving Day is the biggest inconsistency: some sources say every store is fully closed, others say stores open for a few hours in the morning and close by early afternoon. We could not find anything that resolved this, and it’s exactly the kind of claim we won’t guess at.
Minor holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) are usually reported as regular hours, but with enough disagreement on exact times that we’d call this “probably normal hours” rather than confirmed.
What we’d actually do
Check Braum’s’s Facebook page or call your store directly in the 2-3 days before a major holiday, especially Thanksgiving. Don’t plan a trip around any online holiday-hours page, including this one.
We’re publishing our uncertainty here on purpose, since presenting a confident answer that turned out to be wrong would be worse than admitting we don’t have one.
